BOOST LLC is a dynamic management consulting firm that offers an array of government-compliant back-office solutions to support our teaming partners within the GovCon space. We are working with our client, Don Selvy Enterprises (DSE) to find their next highly skilled Executive Assistant.
About DSE
DSE, Inc. is a team of experienced professionals dedicated to engineering, training, and program management that enables front-line soldiers, sailors, and Marines to fully exploit the tactical capabilities of aviation and maritime platforms. We accomplish this by using the most qualified employees and keeping abreast of every new capability in aviation, maritime technologies, and simulation/training technology as it emerges. Our wide range of expertise is constantly expanding as we seek valued members of the DSE team and work to develop each of them to their fullest potential in the field. To this day, DSE continues to foster a work environment that supports ingenuity and the care for each member of the team.
The Role
The Executive Assistant will support international program teams at SNPO in Arlington, Virginia, working directly with U.S. and Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) leadership. You'll provide administrative support to keep the office running efficiently, maintain files and records of studies, analyses, and correspondence, and manage the flow of RSNF incoming and outgoing correspondence so information stays fast, reliable, and easy to retrieve. The role also covers receiving visitors and callers, scheduling and organizing meetings for RSNF personnel, general office administration, word processing and data preparation, and maintaining supply inventory.
You'll administer the processing of Saudi Arabia visas and the Foreign Visit Request System in coordination with the Saudi Arabian Embassy, and coordinate financial matters tied to office requirements and to pay and benefits distribution for RSNF officer and enlisted personnel stationed in the Continental United States (CONUS).
Why DSE
DSE doesn't just ask for your experience, it rewards it. DSE's PTO program is experience-based rather than tenure-based, meaning the relevant industry experience you bring with you can qualify you for a higher PTO allocation from day one, rather than starting over at the bottom like you would at most employers. It's a rare structure in this industry, where most companies only reward the tenure you earn after you join, not the years of expertise you bring with you.
That same philosophy carries through the rest of the benefits package:
Responsibilities
Required Education
Required Experience
DSE is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
