BOOST is helping one of our clients hire a Business Strategy and Transformation Leader. This individual will play a key role in supporting the rapid growth and scaling of our client. Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will provide advisory and project management support internally and on client projects. The support includes providing guidance, training, and mentoring to internal stakeholders, including identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease. RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is broken down into three areas: Client and Project Management, Business Development Activities and Organizational Development.
Client and Project Management
- Lead and manage project lifecycles from project start up, implementation and deliverable development.
- Design and implement strategies, plans and business changes that drive strategic communication, key processes, workforce planning, with an emphasis on functional transformation, focusing on people, process, and technology.
- Develop and communicate meaningful insights and recommendations to address complex client concerns.
- Operate strategically to influence decision-makers and outcomes.
- Works through ambiguity to deliver structured, innovative solutions.
- Builds strong and trusted relationships with clients and business partners.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, excellent persuasive writing
, and presentation skills.
Business Development Activities
- Lead and shape new business development proposals.
- Identify and address gaps in client operations and develop new or innovative solutions for client assignments or emerging client problems.
- Synthesize complex information into actionable insights, developing a compelling narrative, with a focus on advising and/or leading business leaders through implementation.
Additional Responsibilities Focused on Teamwork and Organization
- Collaborates effectively internally to bring our services to our clients.
- Coach and mentor, the team in the areas of strategic planning, project management and client engagement.
- Facilitate group discussions to share information

- Mentor and manager manage a team of 5 or more team members.
- Identify and address organizational needs, develop solutions, and improve productivity and performance for the team.
- Build relationships internally with team members to build team performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience in strategy, brand marketing, or management consulting in the healthcare (includes pharmaceuticals and life sciences) industry and/or federal sector.
- Strong analytical, research, and project management skills to drive research.
- Master’s Degree (MBA or MPH preferred)
- Ability to create client-ready power point presentations.
- Experience successfully developing, implementing, and managing/improving complex, non-technical multi-faceted projects across multiple workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or MPH preferred.
- Be a self-starter who takes initiative.
Required Soft Skills
- Must have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including good customer service and sales skills.
- Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Desired characteristics: Self-starter, proactive, comfort in engaging with others.
- Must be well organized and efficient, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent requirements.
