BOOST is seeking a highly skilled, dynamic, hands-on HR Manager to join our partner, a government contracting company, with approximately 60 employees that provides mission-critical, AI-driven cyber defense and reverse engineering solutions for U.S. Government clients. Our partner is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen their HR operations, ensuring compliance with government contracting requirements while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Position Summary:
As the HR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and professional development. You will shape key HR initiatives across the organization. From designing innovative performance management programs to aligning HR strategies with internal business goals, you’ll ensure our people practices support both our mission and our team. This role ensures the company complies with all applicable federal and state employment laws, as well as government contracting requirements, including OFCCP and affirmative action obligations.
With outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—you’ll translate complex HR challenges into actionable, successful outcomes. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to executives and employees alike, offering strategic, tailored HR guidance. This role requires a strong ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment. You will report directly to the CFO/CHRO.
