Acquired by the Brydon Group private equity firm in December of 2025, BOOST is at an exciting inflection point in its growth trajectory, and we are looking for high-achieving, energetic individuals to accelerate our go-to-market motion.
About the role
We’re looking for a Revenue / Business Operations Specialist to help power the engine behind our go-to-market teams. This role is ideal for someone who loves clean data, tight processes, and turning messy CRM inputs into reliable insights that Sales, Marketing, and Leadership can trust.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure revenue data is accurate, actionable, and scalable as the business grows so teams can focus on closing deals instead of fixing reports.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in RevOps, BizOps, or Sales Ops who wants real ownership and room to grow.
